A Booking Fee/Deposit must be paid on your wedding consultation trial day or as soon as possible to secure the makeup artist’s services on your wedding day. We observe that the wedding makeup services booked are only secured once the booking fee/deposit is paid. If another client requests a booking and pays a booking fee/deposit for the same day you wish to secure, between your trial and your decision to book, your date will be gone. The booking fee/deposit is non refundable, only under extenuating circumstances with at least three months notice. We require minimum deposit of $100 to secure an artist for your wedding. The deposit is non refundable as we are returning away other potential brides.
B. The services in vouchers are non transferrable. This means that if your voucher is for a make up lesson, you must use it for a make up lesson and not for anything else. Vouchers are non redeemable against products purchase because they can be used within one year at your convenience. Vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date, after that they will be expired.
The Booking Fee/Deposits for courses/ Master classes are non refundable.
We appreciate at least 48 hour notification for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone call/text or in written though email or social media pages. We regret that a lack of notification may result in full billing of your appointment or we may not take any further bookings from you unless 50% is paid up front prior to the appointment.
7. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ALERGIES
If you suffer from allergies or have any medical requirments that may cause physical harm or discomfort to you during your treatment with us, please inform our staff prior to your appointment.
For any form of tinting (brow or lashes), we offer patch tests for the tinting but if the person insists they had it before, they will be asked to sign a form and it won’t be our responsibility for any possible reaction that may happen for not having the test.
8. Privacy and our Artists
Your privacy is very important to us we do not share your information to a third party with an except as necessary to process transactions to comply with trade laws. We request that you do not contact The Powder Room staff on their personal mobile phones or social media pages unless we provide you of such detail
